Damaged-On-Arrival Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. In the unlikely event your flowers arrive damaged or not in peak condition, please notify us as soon as possible after delivery, ideally on the same day. To help us assess your claim quickly, please retain the original packaging and flowers, and be prepared to provide a photo if requested by our team. We will review your claim and offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement delivery or a full refund according to our policy guidelines.
Freshness Window
We guarantee the freshness of all our arrangements for at least five days from the time of delivery, provided they are cared for according to the instructions supplied with your bouquet. This guarantee reflects both the quality of our flowers and the high standard of service Thamesmead Florist strives to deliver with every order. If your flowers do not meet this standard within the freshness window, please get in touch so we can put things right.
Refund and Replacement Options
Should your order not meet our Fresh Flowers Guarantee, we are happy to offer suitable remedies. Depending on the circumstances, you may choose between:
- Replacement Arrangement: We will arrange and deliver a new bouquet at the next available delivery slot, at no additional charge.
- Refund: If a replacement is not possible or preferred, we will refund your original payment method in full for the affected item(s).
Please note, refunds and replacements are only available for flowers that fall short of our quality promise within five days of delivery, and where care instructions were followed.
